Inspiration for Plump Plum Study

I love plums; I feel they are generally an underrated fruit! That delightful tangy sweetness, and firm, juicy texture—yum, yum, yum! From a purely aesthetic point of view, they have such a wonderfully rich, deep red-purple hue, and when the light hits just right, a subtly bluish patina. Added to that almost perfect globular shape, and this fruit is a pleasure to behold!
