Inspiration for Other Side of the Global
Sometimes when I get into paintings like Other Side of the Global, and I question my professional choices. All those safety rails, steel beams, and machinery, on such a small-scale! But it’s worth it in the end, at least from my perspective. In a previous painting I depicted the Global 1200 slightly from behind, so this time I wanted to paint it more from the front.
